As some of you will know, BBC Essex featured Saffron Walden CC in their programme “Around the Wicket” on Saturday afternoon. Their correspondent, Dick Davies, enjoyed lunch with the VPs at the Anglo American Playing Fields and chatted to some of the people he met. He was suitably delighted by the setting and the enthusiasm he met here.
